What Will You Learn?

• From beginners to advanced: The student will dive into the world of dancing with flowprops and receives a huge catalouge of movements.
• The course includes an introduction into Ballett with exercises, as well as over 40 lessons that explain various movements in detail. We will learn about poses, steps, turns, jumps, floorwork and acrobatics and how to integrate flowarts with them.
• The course sums up these movements in two full classes with choreographies.
• Furthermore, there is a whole module that deals with dynamics and games, to create a better flow experience and inspiration for improvisations.
• To complete the learning experience, the studens also gets access to videos with theory, warm ups and cool downs.
